Are you looking for one of the easiest ways to humidify your cigars? Look no farther, as science and cigars have finally met in beautiful union. The rest of their kids are pretty nasty looking, but this one is the keeper. This, my friend, is specially engineered silica gel. All you really need to know is this. This stuff is used in museums to control the humidity in the artwork. If Mona Lisa trusts her humidity to this stuff, then you should too (yes there is an easy joke there, but come on now focus).
Each 8 oz (1/2 lb) bag will humidify up to 2.5 cubic feet of space. All you need to do is place the beads in a shallow container, spray with some distilled water until 70% of the beads are wet, then place inside your humidor (in the shallow container). Let science do the rest. When the beads turn color, spray them down again. You can use them indefinitely, they never need to be replaced, and they will last several weeks before needing a spritz.
Sure there are other humidifiers out there, like crystal gel humidifiers, or electronic humidifiers, but these cigar humidity beads are hands down the best, and easiest to use.
We have been in the cigar industry for over 20 years and know everything about cigars and cigar maintenance. If you ever have any questions, just drop us a line.
When you get your beads, some will be rock hard circles, others will be partial circles, while others might be dusty. This is totally normal as the differentiation of surface area helps to maintain the proper humidity. To figure out how many beads to use, calculate the volume of your humidor. Take the Length x Width x Height to get the volume. For example, a 10″ W x 8″ L x 6″ H humidor would have a volume of 480 cubic inches. The rule of thumb is that you use 1 ounce of beads for every 540 cubic inches of a humidor. It is PERFECTLY ok to use more beads, but try not to use less.

Humidor humidity beads will last a lifetime. You can use them over and over again without ever needing to replace them. Your small investment will reap years of rewards.
Two Way Humidity Control
If your humidor is too humid, the beads will absorb that humidity. Conversely, if your humidor is getting dry, the beads will release humidity. True two-way humidity control.
Easy to Use
Our cigar humidity beads are easy to use. Simply spray them with a little distilled water and let them do their thing. Nothing to mix, measure or monitor. Other products, like humidor gel require refilling and constant monitoring. Not with our beads. Set it up and forget it. No need to mess with propylene glycol (PG), cigar juice, or other chemicals. Just use a little distilled water and you are set.
Precise Humidity Control
Cigar humidor beads provide precise humidity control. You won’t have to fiddle with hygrometers or gauges. Just place inside your humidor for the perfect humidity, all the time.
